What to include
For a delivery, payment, username, or refund issue, provide:
- the Minecraft Java username entered during checkout;
- the approximate purchase date;
- whether Supporter or Patron was purchased; and
- a short description of what happened.
If available, a Stripe receipt or non-sensitive transaction reference can help locate the purchase.

Protect your payment information
Never send full card numbers, CVC security codes, passwords, Stripe secrets, or Minecraft account passwords. Cozy Crafters does not need those credentials to investigate a store purchase.
