Each purchase provides a 30-day rank entitlement. It is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
1. Who operates the store
Cozy Crafters SMP operates this store for purchases connected to the Cozy Crafters Minecraft server. Cozy Crafters—not Mojang, Microsoft, or Stripe—is responsible for the ranks sold here, purchase support, and rank fulfillment.
2. What you are purchasing
Supporter and Patron are digital server-rank entitlements. They provide the in-server and community benefits listed on the store at the time of purchase. They are not physical goods.
- Supporter: $8 USD for exactly 30 days.
- Patron: $16 USD for exactly 30 days and the higher donor tier.
Continued rank access after the 30-day period expires requires another purchase. The store does not create an automatically renewing subscription.
3. Rank hierarchy
Patron is the higher donor tier. Purchasing Patron replaces an active Supporter rank. Purchasing Supporter will not downgrade an active Patron rank.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
The price and currency displayed before checkout apply to that transaction. Current store prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.
Stripe securely processes the payment. Cozy Crafters does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this checkout flow. Stripe processes payment; it does not operate Cozy Crafters or deliver Minecraft ranks.
5. Delivery and Minecraft usernames
Rank delivery is automated after Stripe confirms payment and is directed to the Minecraft Java username entered during checkout. Delivery normally happens shortly after payment confirmation, but temporary technical delays may occur.
Please check the username carefully before continuing to Stripe. You are responsible for entering the intended account, but if you make a mistake, email support@cozycrafters.net promptly. Cozy Crafters will review reasonable correction requests, although correction may not be possible in every circumstance.
If a confirmed purchase is not delivered within a reasonable period, email support@cozycrafters.net with the Minecraft username, approximate purchase date, and purchased rank.
6. Server and service availability
Minecraft servers can experience maintenance, updates, outages, and other technical interruptions. Cozy Crafters will make reasonable efforts to operate the server and restore affected services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised.
Any action affecting a paid rank should be connected to a legitimate operational, rules, payment, fraud, or safety concern—not an arbitrary confiscation of a purchase.
7. Fraud, payment abuse, and server rules
Cozy Crafters may investigate fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks or disputes, and serious violations of server rules. Proportionate action may be taken while a genuine issue is reviewed. Each case should be considered on its circumstances and subject to applicable law.
8. Refunds and support
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. For delivery, payment, username, refund, or privacy questions, email support@cozycrafters.net.
9. Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
