Refund requests are reviewed individually. A delivered or used digital rank is not automatically refundable, but legitimate payment and fulfillment problems will be considered fairly.
1. Digital rank purchases
Cozy Crafters sells digital Supporter and Patron rank entitlements. Each purchase lasts exactly 30 days, is a one-time purchase, and does not automatically renew.
2. How to request a review
Email support@cozycrafters.net and provide enough information to identify the purchase:
- the Minecraft username entered at checkout;
- the approximate purchase date; and
- whether Supporter or Patron was purchased.
A Stripe receipt or non-sensitive transaction reference may also help. Never send a full card number, CVC, password, or other sensitive payment credentials.
3. Issues that can be reviewed
Examples of circumstances appropriate for review include:
- duplicate charges;
- a confirmed payment where rank fulfillment failed;
- incorrect delivery caused by a technical problem; or
- similar legitimate payment or fulfillment issues.
Where appropriate, Cozy Crafters may issue a partial or full refund. The outcome depends on the circumstances, the available transaction and fulfillment records, and applicable law.
4. Delivered and used ranks
Once a digital rank has been successfully delivered and used, a refund is not automatically guaranteed. Cozy Crafters will still review legitimate concerns rather than applying a blanket “no refunds” rule.
5. Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe. Stripe, the payment method, and the customer’s bank may require additional processing time before returned funds appear. Cozy Crafters does not promise a specific bank-processing timeframe.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
A payment dispute or chargeback is not the preferred first support channel. Where practical, please email support@cozycrafters.net first so the purchase and fulfillment records can be reviewed and the issue may be resolved directly.
7. Applicable rights
Refund eligibility remains subject to applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
